However, if you change tenant while the contract is ongoing, you will need to have the following documents again:
- The lease contract duly signed and registered;
- A bank document or equivalent proving the existence of a rental guarantee;
- Sufficient references proving the tenant's solvency (payslip, etc.);
- Proof that the monthly rent does not exceed 50% of the tenant's income.
Please also note that the 60-day waiting period is renewed each time you change tenant while the contract is ongoing.
