You can send an amendment request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please, make sure to:
- Use the same e-mail address you provided us in the contract.This is for security reasons. If the request comes from an unknown address, additional security questions might be needed to identify the customer.
- Mention the Policy number.
- Be as specific as possible about the data that needs to be amended.
Please, a copy of the ID card of the policy holder as well as of the beneficiary will be requested to correctly proceed with the amendment.
